Testimonials - The Key To More Business

Do you give EXCELLENT service to your customers?
Do you walk away from a job feeling like you HELPED and SATISFIED your customers?
Can you SLEEP AT NIGHT knowing you offer a valuable service to your customers?
DO YOU NEED MORE CUSTOMERS?
If you answered no to any of these questions, then there is no need to read any further because you really need help in other places. But if you answered YES then you are the perfect candidate for building your business from testimonials.
Testimonials are really nothing new to the business world, back in the day if a customer was happy they wrote or typed a letter and sent it to you via the US Mail. It made you feel good that your customers were satisfied and took the time to write something positive about your business. More than likely you framed it and hung it on your office wall or printed it and added it to your sales kit, but that was about it.
Today that positive testimonial placed in the right places can help build your business in more places that you think. So how do we get them, and where do we put them?

    1. The first thing is asking for a testimonial, some will say this is not a good way to do it. But I'm a firm believer that if you provide a service above and beyond what anyone else is offering then why not ask for it. Lets face it people are busy and just don't think to give a positive review. Just simply asking, your customers will gladly provide this info for you.
    2. So where do we put this review? The best place to start is on your Google Places page. A positive review on your companies Google places page does several things. It helps push your places page higher up in the rankings and keep it there. It allows everybody who is searching for your type of service to read positive reviews about your business.

Testimonials are a must in today's competitive market, people are hungry to find companies that provide GREAT service. I always said you can become VERY WEALTHY in the service industry if you just provide good service. Oddly enough it seems like more and more businesses are trying to cut corners to make a quick buck. This is a great opportunity to let your business shine by just doing the little things that provide good service to your customers. Testimonials are the key to your online marketing success.
